2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use this platform. By accessing the platform you warrant that you are 18 or over and that it is lawful for you to view adult content in your jurisdiction.

3. Advertiser obligations

All advertisers warrant that they are self-employed independent adults aged 18 or over, advertising their own services of their own free will and not under the direction or control of any third party. Advertisers are solely responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of their listings.

4. Prohibited content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Any content involving minors
• Advertising on behalf of a third party without their express consent
• Any content related to trafficking or coercion
• Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive listings
• Illegal goods or services of any kind

5. Limitation of liability

Enigma 2.0 is not a party to any transaction, arrangement, or communication between users and advertisers. We accept no liability for any loss, damage, or harm arising from any listing, transaction, or interaction facilitated via the platform.
